I read the manga a long time ago. Plot time, in Qwaser of Stigmata, some obscure christian superpower allow some individuals named qwasers to control an atomic element given they drink virgin milk (yes, you read correctly, milf from virgins, named Maria in this universe). The girl in the clip is the main heroine BFF, and the big bad managed for reasons I forgot to implant her with some golden relic allowing him to mind control/sort of possess from far away. The manga also have plenty of yuri, lolis, breast fetishes and somehow it's load packed with sick actions scenes, a good story and charismatic characters. Just with a lot of fanservice.

The author wrote another manga in the same style, Shinju no Nectar.High School DxD is more shounen oriented, those two are more seinen with fan service. Don't know where to watch it unfortunately, it's an old anime, I was a big fan of the ending theme.
