..though in this case, the resolution is not the issue on twitter's end. That was a mistake by the uploader.

But twitter still lossily recompressed the images for no reason, so the twitter version is about 25% the quality of this one.

Artifacting compounds quick.

Don't use twitter as a source if you can at all help it.exe
