Happy Valentines Day! One of the most hypnocore holidays out there, so I try to make sure to do something for it! ...Unfortunately this year Valentines came just a few days after Mewgenics released, so I was distracted lol. The ending of the caption is a bit too rushed for my taste, but I experimented with the visuals to make up for it (adding in some subliminals specifically) and I think it works!



Pretty much the only reason she's so mean is because I thought it'd be funny if the first line was a riff on the "Alone on a Friday night? God you're pathetic" meme, and the rest spun off from there. Part of me wanted to change it to be more wholesome, but I didn't have time to completely overhaul the caption at that point.

All alone on Valentines night? Gods, you're pathetic~

Aww, so surprised to see someone else in this dark little room of yours for once~? Especially someone with such a pretty pink dress and even prettier pink wings~ Not to mention the prettiest pink bow and arrow aimed at you~

Ohh, don't fret, I'm not here to kill you, silly! (Though I did entertain the idea for a second...)

I'm a Cupid you see, and my charge is to spread love and happiness throughout humanity! One harmless prick of this arrow, and you'll be filled with the warmest, most overwhelming love for the next person you see! (As long as they're someone you'd be attracted to of course, we're very LGBTQ friendly up there!)

And Valentines is our most important time of the year! It's our job to make sure everyone is pricked by our wonderful arrows so everyone can experience the bliss of love! ...And that's where you come in.



It's really hard to ensure everyone gets love when CERTAIN PEOPLE refuse to leave their house and look at people for weeks on end! No matter how many arrows I shoot, the magic would never activate because you never see anyone! (Like seriously, do you really need contactless pizza delivery?!)

And as your local Cupid, that reflects poorly on me~ ...But my boss told me you've got a lot of stuff going on, and maybe I shouldn't be too harsh... So, I came up with an idea that'll benefit us both! You're going to be mine~!



Shhh, don't worry, it'll be wonderful~ Belonging to a celestial being is truly a rare honor~! I'll pamper you all day long, make sure you're taken care of in every way, and shower you in so many kisses and hugs your body will forget what it ever felt like not to be loved~! Sure, you'll be unable to think of anything other than me, but that's not really a downside~! And besides, it's not like you were talking to other people anyway~ So just relax, and stay still for me~



Aww, still afraid of the arrow~? Don't worry, it's more than painless. See how smooth it is? Not a single sharp edge, not even at the point... Just soft and gentle, like a lover's caress~ The humans don't even notice the impact. Though, not many humans are granted the ability to see the arrows themselves~ A shame, really. They're quite beautiful. Such a lovely rosy hue... Bringing to mind thoughts of love... Comfort... Happiness... Such a pleasing shape as well... So smooth and elegant... But oddly alluring, like the curves of the loveliest woman... One could let their thoughts wander as they trace the plump, shapely curves, down to the point...Yes, that's right... Stare at the point... Watch as I move it from side to side... Up and down... Around and around...

You want to know a secret~? The arrow doesn't need to touch you to deliver its magic... It just needs a way to flow out from the tip, into your body... Being shot out of my bow is perfectly efficient, but if you found yourself staring at the movements, as I traced a heart before your eyes... The magic would flow in through your eyes... You would be enthralled. Entranced. Lovestruck~



There we go, doesn't it feel wonderful~? All your thoughts melting into sugary warmth as you gaze up at your pretty new lover~ Take my hand, my darling~ And I will bring you to somewhere far more lovely than this dreary room~...
