From the series ranma_1/2, Ranma Saotome was originally a boy, but was cursed to be a girl after falling into a magic spring. Whenever he gets soaked in hot water, he turns back into a boy, while being soaked in cold water turns him into a girl.
Use this tag when Ranma is in her female form, which usually have red hair.
The tag for her male form is ranma_saotome_(male).
If both forms appear in the image, tag dual_persona as well.
