From what I remember reading, the Japanese name for the "Nugget" item is very similar (or maybe exactly the same?) as Japanese slang for "testicles".

Edit: And now you deleted your comment...

I should finish my searching before I comment here... would save me the trouble of deleting previous comments to amend the information xD

でかいきんのたま (dekai kin no tama) here means huge nugget. Apparently it's an item in one of the games (I haven't played since the original blue/red, and a bit of yellow). So that's technically what she's saying. However, there's a joke going around the fandom based on the item, cuz the phrase also means, in certain colloquialisms, testicles.

I'm assuming this picture is playing off of that, but I'll leave it up to you all if you want the translation to be what she's actually saying, or what it's likely she's implying.

Edit: Sorry Mindwipe, I know I handled that poorly xD

For what it's worth, I prefer the Nugget pun to the literal translation.

Also, I'm capitalizing "huge nugget" as "Huge Nugget", since that's the name of the actual item in the game's English translation. Hopefully that's okay.

Yeah, the pun is definitely better than the literal meaning. Besides, I think most English speakers can get what "I want to empty your nugget(s)" means.
