Cut the original image into parts in Photoshop, created some frames by hand using puppet warp and the occasional manual edit. Then imported all of it into Animate for the final animation. Wanted a reason to play around with that workflow. My next goal is to build this same thing in Spine trial version and compare. Of course After Effects could do the same thing as Spine and much more but I'm aiming for an animation tool that doesn't render the output frame by frame eventually for other projects.

Edit: I found it and updated the source. If possible try to do this in the future.
