Sorry about the wait for the next part of this series. I needed time to brainstorm with a few friends and plan more of the series out. I have a load of new ideas that I hope to implement and I may be commissioning some custom art in the near future. I can't promise this but I'll see if I can get some new art commissioned for the series. Next manip will be out next week along with the new story.

Mylani: It currently has control over most of the villages and some of the creatures here. We also figured out that it can only take control of you when you've been brainwashed by it. A good thing that we've noticed is that it can only brainwash you on its own in your sleep.
You: So, I guess that's why it put me to sleep me after seducing me.
Melanie: Exactly. It doesn't seem to have the strength to take over anyone that's awake. If you have enough willpower, you can fight it off. Even if you're asleep, you can keep it from trying to brainwash you if you're strong enough.
Mylani: That's also why it also enjoys using creatures that can put others to sleep along with projections to make it easier to brainwash others. Remember that snake woman that tried to hypnotize us on the way here, Melanie?
Melanie: Remember when you almost fell asleep while she had you wrapped in her coils?
Mylani: Don't remind me.
You: That reminds me. How did you two stop the island spirit from controlling me exactly?
Melanie: A while back, we found a witch doctor that tried to make a potion that would make us immune to the spirit's powers; however, we tested it and found that it can only force the spirit out of a body that it's staying in.
Mylani: Once we saw that you were about to be taken over, we splashed a bit of the potion onto your body which forced it out of you. Since we already knew what the spirit was trying to do, we were able to make it give up and leave the cave you were in.
You: Okay. Well, why is my memory so......fuzzy?
Melanie: That's usually what happens when you've had an encounter with one of the island spirit's projections. Just being near one can make you feel sleepy or aroused. Letting it put you to sleep can make you almost not remember what happened to you before the encounter. You remember the fox girl and the seduction so, I guess you have a stronger mind than we thought.
Mylani: Speaking of which, would you mind showing us your seduction training? It could be of use to us later.
You: Sure. Just stay right where you are and I'll give you a demonstration~
After that comment, you began to straddle Mylani and didn't care that Melanie was about to watch a lesson in seduction. You began to rub around Mylani's left nipple with your right index finger, causing her to let out a sharp gasp in surprise. Soon after, you used your left hand to slowly rub the outer lips of her woman hood to get her nice and warmed up. You leaned into her and whispered in her right ear ''Do you want my lesson?''. She nodded while she let out a soft moan, letting you know that she was warming up to you. You whispered in her ear ''Class is in session.'' before you began to kiss her on her neck. You kissed further and further until you were face to face with her luminous eyes. You slowly leaned in to kiss her and she leaned in along with you, anxious for your kiss. As soon as your lips meet with hers, the rest of the lesson was a blur.

Stats will be revealed in the next part. Still working on the design for that part of the HUD. Needs to display all of the info without being clunky. The Traveler starts off with basic seduction skills for an ability since she got them from the island spirit. Items will come soon but not yet. She might need help remembering her survival training after what the island spirit did to her. Not everything is set in stone yet but everything that needs to be revealed will be revealed at some point.

The text piece from 3 seems like the Spirit left us free by her own decision, but the girls in 5 (4 is skipped because announcement) say they stopped her somehow.
The two claims, "I choose not to" and "we stopped her" seem contradictory, but since it's the Hub my guess is that there's some way to influence the Spirit's decision-making, and they made her think it was her own idea not to enslave us.
They say that the Spirit is the one who enslaved Dymela Village, but the Spirit says that she was only the first part of the test, and that we would eventually meet "Her"
"She," I assumed, was the actual person in power over Dymela, but based on what these new girls say, I'm guessing the Spirit and "She" are the same person.
I'm assuming the Spirit wasn't lying when she said she was going to leave us with our own will, since she could have easily taken it and there's not much point in trying to trick somebody if you're going to mind-control them in a few seconds.
The Guide claims she's a member of another village, and we passed another village during Text 1, which the Traveler assumes is hers. There's nothing that actually proves she's from that village, but like with the Spirit's claim it would be a pretty strange lie.
Since she led us right to the Island Spirit she either doesn't know everybody in Dymela is enslaved, or she's also brainwashed. If she's brainwashed, she's either a sleeper agent and the rest of her village doesn't know, or they're all brainwashed too. I don't think there's enough to even guess which one it would be.

It's the Island Spirit, not the Dymela Spirit, so it presumably has some influence over the entire island. This could be why hypnosis themes are so prevalent (only one example, the Guide's hypnotic ass, but until we have a larger sample size I'm going to assume she's more-or-less representative of the entire population), and is weak evidence in favor of her also dominating the other village.
Having these two girls rescue us from the island spirit and then immediately offer to let us use the seduction techniques taught to us by that same spirit throw up red flags of the kind "Why would they risk being enslaved by us." If they're actually free-willed, it's weird of them to risk sacrificing their free will. If they're already under somebody's control, then it's a trap. If they're under the Spirit's control, then the Spirit is playing some kind of incredibly complicated long con, the beginnings of which I can't even fathom. I just read the questions you're offering answers to and okay, having those answers would clear up a lot of what I literally just said.
That's... actually kind of really fucking impressive.
Questions I'd like answered that aren't on the list are "Who is 'She'" and "Where are we." From the background it looks like we're all just hanging out in an open field, so another form of question 2 is "Why are we safe here." Question 2 is probably way more useful than Question 1, since I'm pretty confident that "She" was the Island Spirit all along.
On the girls offering to be seduced:
If the offer is genuine, there are a few possible reasons why they would want that. If being under one person's power makes you immune or resistant to other doms, as it sometimes is, maybe they desperately want that immunity from the Island Spirit.
If the Spirit's powers are the source of that resistance, they would need somebody who'd experienced/learned the techniques without being enslaved. They'd wait for somebody to encounter the Island Spirit, let the Spirit get them most of the way there - Let her seduce you fully to learn everything - and then use whatever secret they know to make the Spirit set the victim free.
That'd be consistent with all the other information we have.
If they're already somebody else's slave, pretending to be seduced would let them influence us to be lured into some other trap. Q3: "Why would you let me seduce you."
I don't think we'll be able to tell whether they're controlled or not, even after seducing them, unless our seduction training gave us some magical "You now control her" sense (not impossible, but we'd have to use it to find out).
If they did something in our sleep, it probably wasn't benign and they probably won't admit it. Also, if they're not being honest, that's 4 for 4 on "NPCs lying to us in order to manipulate our actions."

Based on all that, my votes are "Who and what does the Island Spirit control" and "Let one of the girls teach us to fend off the spirit." Learning how to fend off the spirit would also answer "How did you two stop the spirit," which means that asking how they stopped the spirit is a waste of a question.
I say we 'go get cleaned up with them' so that we can learn more about them. If we can trust them than maybe they can be our allies, and we might need some allies for the tougher challenges. If we bathe with the two girls we can observe them and see how trustworthy they really are and maybe get more information too. Plus I just would really like to see a bathing scene.
