In My defense, While Railgun is immune to Mental Out's power most of the time, the Manga shows she's been shown to be vunerable when attacking through the Misaka Network or when her power is exausted.

Yeah I got all manga of railgun and to be fair, the misaka network seems to be able to manipulate her, but mostly through Exterior which has been destroyed in the newest book. Your point about exhaustion has never been proved neither in the show or in the manga. If it was being proved there, please provide me a link or something, just curios~
