I tried to keep it ambiguous if this is "Mind Control University" with Daphne enslaving Taylor the budding psychic, "The Neuroqueen of Brockton Bay" with Tinker!Daphne enslaving Taylor the parahuman, or some other incarnation of both characters.
Taylor Hebert is from the web series Worm, a superhero story; she's a girl who gets bug control powers and tries to become a hero
mind control wise, the series has a quite a few characters with mind control powers, like Canary, the Simurgh, Heartbreaker, Valefor, etc Note: Mind controllers like those have horror elements connected with them in story; Canary accidentally caused a bad incident with her Ex-Boyfriend, the Simurgh turns people into ticking time bombs (not literally, psychologically), Heartbreaker abuses his own kids, and Valefor worships apocalyptic beings

for context, Lung was Taylor's first fight as a hero; she took on a Incredible Hulk like villain and won with an assist from a minor gang of villains
Her powers at the end where fucking God level. Took control of pretty much everyone in the world all at once and used the combined powers of all the heroes and villains all at once to kill what was basically brain damaged Superman.
