From artist: Finally colored, behold my mechagnome WoW character X3

H.U.G.G.B.E.E.S. is a reverse engineered mechignome designed to simulate a death knight's abilities in battle. They have no overly distinct gender, with a flatter chest, though Huggs often claims they can choose which they are on a whim being built with an adaptable function. The hair is of a clear hue taking on whatever color its mistress desires for the time, and it seems to almost pulse with a faint shimmer at the front; a wave of soft light flowing down the strains in a rhythm as if each strand were something resembling fiber optics. Behind these strands the rest of the hair is a solid piece of sculpted metal curling around the the obviously robotic devices serving as ears. Behind this hover a pair of orbiting satellite pieces meant to mimic a pair of pig tails, the metal curling around and down in a sweeping arc with a red core holding them in their orbits. The body itself, rather than metallic, seems to be a synthetic polymer meant to immitate organic skin, complete with natural looking freckles and the ability to blush (achieved through LED's just beneath the surface giving the blush a literal "glow"); although with the visible joint segmentation, as well as the circuitry peaking out at points, and glow of a set of power cores on either shoulder, with "canals" of light flowing from them down the upper arms and thighs, there is at least some break in the illusion. Often, however, much of ensemble is concealed beneath a tabard and pieces of additional armor, much of which favors a black, red, and auburn color scheme. The eyes glow bright blue like the death knight it is meant to immitate, although looking closer the finely tuned mechanisms of their technological nature, can be discerned amidst the glow. Above them sit a pair of metallic eyebrows much akin to the traditional mechagnomes.

Their behavior is, to say, childish at times, often inventing silly fantasies around the most mundane of occurances. However, there is the occasional "spark" of something deeper to this AI's mind, a glimmer of a sharper intellect discerned in a sudden and brief change of expression, or something read in the look in their eye. There could likely be more to the youthfully playful and naive facade put forth by the machine. A suspicious or even flat out paranoid individual might also note the unit tends to play with some oddly placed conspicuous wires that seem to snake out of the finger tips or from the back of the skull posing like a few loose strands of hair. The wires when looked at closely look bizarre, almost tentacle-like and menacing.

Bio:

Shortly following the start of the lich king campaigns, attempts were made to study what remained of the mechagnomes discovered in the borean tundra and the storm peaks in hopes of utilizing the technology toward both the alliance cause as well as the recapturing of Gnomergan. Several months later, the research yielded a working model, dubbed H.U.G.G.B.E.E.S. for heavily upgraded gnomish gynoid being exhibiting extensive self-awareness, an acronym dubbed after the AI for the prototype seemed surprisingly aware of its condition and where it came from.

However, several alarming elements emerged after the unit's arrival in Ironforge. The first was discovered a week later; the entirity of the team working on the project, including the lead engineer Dr. Binkwidget, had gone missing. Second, the model's appearance seemed eerily similar to the good doctor's, a fact originally deemed merely the result of ego on her part. In fact the only difference seemed to be the absence of decidedly distinct gender body parts on the prototype, with only a more feminine hour glass body suggesting toward a particular gender. Third, there were a fair number of extra "proto-types" in storage then what was recorded in the inventory, many with similarly more pronounced features lending an individual flare to them much like the final model. Fourth, upon finding the research journal of the chief assistant it was discovered that Dr. Binkwidget had gone missing before the others, in fact roughly the same time as the finished model's activation. Finally, this same journal described a far sharper and even diabolical personality to the model's AI than what was exhibited by the unit that arrived in Ironforge, which behaved much like an exited child when not engaging in functions and commands it was provided.
