It's one of the movies; 3rd one if I recall correctly. 2 of them have mind control in them. The second movie being the second. Also just so people know there's a split few scene(s) with Aki Hinata and the bunny girl in the source of this one as well.

Oh what happens in the second movie?

Shame this show never got dubbed more always really enjoyed it plus the Natsuki was cute and Aki was HOT @.@

There's another race that's like keronians but they're purely sea based. I think they were called Meronians or something. There's a prince that basically tries to get Natsumi to be his queen, and I remember hypnosis in it at some point though with my memory I *may* be misremembering but I don't think I am.

Of what I've read of the 6th movie (it never got leaked on the net AFAIK), it has also mind control.
