Second Life is more of a sandbox, most of what is there (like I think more then 90%) is user made, the character and environment here is user made There are role plays where stuff like this can happen, second life it self dose not have something like this build in, but users made tools and stuff that do allow for it It is free to just explore so if you did not try it yet you welcome to just hope in and try out, except if you think you may get addicted then best to stay off :P
