Definition of rape
"Rape is a type of sexual assault usually involving sexual intercourse or other forms of sexual penetration carried out against a person without that person's consent."
Considering the target is hypnotized, it is most definitely sexual intercourse without consent (from her actual conscious)
So yeah, I think rape still can apply :3

Well, consider this...
Hypnosis isn't supposed to make you do anything you absolutely want to it.
What's that? It's a bad argument and doesn't even apply to half of the pictures on this site because so much of it is "Mind Control" as opposed to just "Hypnosis"?
