I know this is a pic of Marco and its tagged as such but, there's nothing in the caption that indicates as such. So I wonder if the person even knew. Or just grabbed a pic to use for the caption.

Marco being trans is a running joke/serious narrative in the svtfoe fandom. There's actually a compelling case to be made for it, too. Femdom would be the most accurate, assuming that was the artist's intention.
