Despite what the potty training charts in the back suggest, it looks as if Chie is struggling to resist her age regression and cling desperatly to her potty training, while Yukiko and Rise have lost it and become dumb, diaper dependant babies.

Yeah... my headcanon has always been that Yukiko and Rise would be the first to fall against mental domination.
