If we're being honest, the "editorial" note at the end was an afterthought I added because the tone was very much like that of my local paper (if far kinkier than my normal paper), and I thought it'd be funny. Should I remove it?

Totally agree with this 'editorial' on how a slave should not be turned into a 'robot'...
Matches somewhat with the story 'Say my Name' over on Mcstories. One line that stuck with me (paraphrased); "The slave should be able to surprise their master, able to use their initiative in order to show their appreciation"
Also; "If they were totally mindless, [the Master] would have to tell them when to eat, when to go to the bathroom, etc. That sort of micromanaging just isn't feasible for the long term..."
