Very happy to see this here. I commissioned this way back from a former dA member, Fetishdrawer . Here's the brief summary of the story behind it:

With Poison Ivy's new and improved lipstick in her possession, Harley Quinn decided to 'steal' all the world's superheroines and turn them into her own loyal harem of lesbian slaves.

Her first prize was Zatanna.

All it took was a single kiss and the enslaved witch obediently sealed her own fate by casting the spell, "AnnataZ -- emoceb s'yelraH evol evals dna layol kcikedis." upon herself 42 times. Now she is Harley Quinn's loyal love slave and sidekick, Zee-Zee.

Zee-Zee's mind is almost a mirror of her Mistress' own twisted psyche. She revels in the same dark humour and relishes the idea of her Mistress Harley commanding an army corrupted and sexified goody-two shoes supersluts. Zee-Zee only wishes for recognition above her future fellow slaves as Harley's first and most loyal convert.

As soon will be clear to Zee-Zee, her wish has already been granted. Signified by the silver metal around her neck. All of Harley's angels will wear a collar of solid metal, engraved with their new name granted to them by their Mistress, just as the witch's reads 'Zee-Zee'. However, all Harley's other slaves shall receive a collar of red or black; the colours of Harley Quinn. While Zee-Zee's silver collar will remain unique, it's individuality acting as a subtle symbol that she can act on her will within her Mistress' harem.
