You don't need to tag a post with japanese_text or anything like that. And as far as I can tell, this isn't even Japanese text, it's Korean.

It's Korean indeed. At the first two panels it was hard to recognize the alphabet though. So I assumed it was Japanese.

Luckily I made such grave mistake on a site with mostly western audience.

If it helps, Korean is the only Asian language (I think) that has those distinct circles not joined to the rest of the character

I tried my hand at translating this, but it's not perfect. If the phrasing sounds a bit off, that's probably because it is.
