Yep, the auctioneer is a Duergar. In this setting the Drow, Duergar, and Svirfneblin all live in one empire.

Perfectly honest, I have no idea. ^_^* I don't really know the characters all that well, beyond what Someguy231 told me. Whether or not they could teleport wasn't part of the conversation, so...
