Too bad you can't commission game translations like you can do with doujinji because it takes such an insane amount of work and time to get it done.
And the few groups actually doing ero-translations never did a single MC game AFAIK (seriously, it took people YEARS to get even Fate/Stay Night translated, and that's pretty much the most popular 18+ visual novel ever). Raidy doesn't really count because you have to bear with hours of grinding and all fetishes imaginable before you actually get to the two short MC scenes..

If anyone does know a translated MC-heavy H-game/VN let us know, I'd definitely give it a shot.

Tell me about it. I have no doubt that there are enough people in this community who would back a translation of Saimin Yuugi (and likely Saimin Enbu), but it means little if there's no one to actually do it.

The only one that I know of is #define's Niji no Kanata ni. It's really short, though.
