That's not quite what they're saying - in the post you have linked, the artist calls hhub a porn site, implication being that it is Exclusively a porn site, and anything uploaded is meant to be masturbation fuel. Which is not true, since mind control content of all kinds is welcome here.
Hardly anyone would consider the video in question pornographic, including the disturbed folks so inclined. It's correctly marked safe, and the characters have chibi proportions, so much so that you cannot even tell they are meant to be minors. The "doofus" who uploaded it is also sympathetic to the artist, making a case in their favor over an unrelated scandal in the first comment of that post.
I'd make the case an artist being angry is in no way a request to remove anything, not by itself. And that intent cannot be inferred, at least in this case, since they misunderstand the context.
Not saying artists have to take their sweet time to research a place before they casually shittalk it somewhere, but maaaybe we also shouldn't take it super seriously when they do, let alone as a formal removal request.

Had a conversation in DMs with Hypno-Scream a few hours ago actually where he said, in his words, that he "sent a complaint to the mods on the forum to remove it", for what it's worth, so he does want at least this particular piece gone from the hub.
Even if it IS labeled as Safe and that Hypno-Scream does misunderstand this place as just porn, he still doesn't like the fact his work is on here.
