Obviously I could PM one of the staff, but because other users can't sees that, all other users PM the staff about it as well. Not that efficient.

This isn't anything new. Happens plenty. Unsure if it's an actual bot, and not somebody pretending to be one. Either way, will be banned and comments removed.
