Used when a female character is not wearing bra, particularly when said character is wearing some or all of her other clothes. Often times noticed if they are wearing a see-through shirt or if the character is having a shirt_lift or open_shirt exposing their breasts (exposed_chest / breasts_outside).
Don't use when the character is nude, completely topless, wearing clothing not normally worn with a bra, or otherwise isn't expected to be wearing a bra.
