Hypnoshades are sunglasses from Splatoon used by Dj_octavio and the Octarians for mind control.
There are different designs of hypnoshades, for example the hypnoshades used to mind control callie_(splatoon) (which are the hypnoshades themselves) are aesthetically different to the ones used on regular Octoling soldiers (which are known as octoling_shades), however they all have exactly the same function.
Octoling shades are used on all Octoling soldiers, where as the hypnoshades themselves have only been used to control Callie.
This calls for the tech_control and hypnotic_accessory tags.
