The thing I really love about Mental Out is the star eyes of the victims.
It's something "different" and I hope other authors would do the same.

First: Unlike Miku Izayoi she prioritizes the well-being of her "victims" well and takes great responsibility
Second: All the girls in her clique argreed to be mind controlled by her and are loyal to her even without any brainwashing
The ones who aren't in the clique do not but in the end she is just using the power she was given and she has a good heart even if she acts like a anti-hero

You mean Mikoto? If I remember correctly, her electrical powers form a sort of electromagnetic barrier that blocks Misaki's power. Someone more familiar with A Certain Scientific Railgun than I can probably explain it better.
