- Use a specific LORA on the item\effect I need that you can find on CivitAI or Huggingface.
- Sometimes, combining the LORAs with a Mind Control Lycoris (CivitAI has some MC themed) can produce good results.
- For the eyes effect, I highly suggest using the ADDetailer extension with some Lora (weighted a little bit higher than usual: for example, the spiralwash eyes usually stand at min 1.3 in my prompts) and at least 0.5 denoising (usually higher, but that depends on you and your output image you are Img2Img ing). There is also one for empty eyes, but so far I struggled to make it work properly.
- To add a pendulum or other items like that, there's a LORA on Civitai, but it's pretty inconsistent. It works much better in Inpaint Sketch by adding the base colors first. Do not count on AI to knowing that it is, it's very unlikely the model you are using was trained with such a niche item in mind (and also tends to create conflicts with a metronome).
