Since you seem confused, the girl in the magician outfit is DC Comics' Zatanna, who is, of course, an actual magician. Her schtick involves warping reality by saying things backwards. Don't ask. it doesn't make sense, but hey, Rule of Cool. But yeah. If she says it backwards, usually it happens. So "Yes!" faces forward since it's a simple exclamation, while the rest is her using her backwards speech to say "Take it all, Wanda!" (amusingly, word order does not get reversed in her magic), which then in turn warps the fabric of reality so that Wanda has absolutely no choice but to do that very thing. That said, the character doesn't look like Wanda Maximoff, Marvel's Scarlet Witch, very much. To me, she bears a closer resemblance to a Thor villain, Amora the Enchantress.
