Corruption!
Corruption is Mind control.
corruption isn't technically mind control BUT the fact remains that it alters the way someone thinks which is the essence of hypnosis.

Ooh, nerdgasm! I used to have Malefic Stardust, until some thief decided to be a prick and steal my deck.
I know that feeling. I had a Magic: The Gathering at-the-time Block-legal (Refer <<archive.wizards.com/Magic....aspx?x=mtgcom/academy/21|here>> for info on Block) Blue/White Merfolk Control deck that contained quite literally all the best cards for those colors of the current set release (Including the first Blue and White Plainswalker cards - I got lucky on buying a box). It was worth well over $300 at the time.
It was stolen.
I was sad.

The sympathy my heart feels is making me depressed, friend. May we share in the transient, yet eternal sorrow.

The sympathy my heart feels is making me depressed, friend. May we share in the transient, yet eternal sorrow.
It was my best deck, too. Though I never played it in any tournaments or anything like that, the fact remains that I experienced a 100% win rate with that deck. I had this nasty little combo where I could definitely hit you directly with a Merfolk on a specific turn, and then, due to another Merfolk creature on the field (Wanderwine Prophets), I could quite literally take as many consecutive turns as I wanted until I won.
It was amazing. I literally made my opponent skip their every turn if I ever hit them when that card was in play. I could make Wanderwine Prophets Indestructible and unable to be targeted by spells or abilities, too, in various ways, making the combo virtually impossible to counter.
This was years ago, and I still miss my deck. :/
But I think I'm getting off topic here. XD
Enough of my derailing this comment thread.
