Some critic if you don't mind, firstly, the perspective is slightly off.
The left leg's knee apearing to be the same length as the right knee, but the left foot seeming further away from the perspective of the viewer. same for the elbows of the arm. They are just slightly off.
And the other thing,is just the eye, eyes don't go all the way to the brim of the face.
Overall though, great first submission.The text usage is quite nice, and a soft figure with that swirly background~

So, uh, why is she glowing?
well it's kind of complicated to explain but to put it bluntly the character I imagine is hypnotizing her has the power of telekinesis (as well as mind control) and they have her restrained. that's why she's glowing ^^

I'm still not sold on it. Why does being affected by TK make you glow?

...That's kind of a common visual cue for things under the effect of telekinesis >>;

For specific areas, not for the whole body. The whole body is usually covered when something purifying is happening - TK is a glow around specific areas being held, or around wrists and ankles and sometimes throat if the whole body's supposed to be held.

You realize that some people have their own interpretations for this sort of stuff? I mean just look at Pokemon and how anything affected by Psychic gains a complete glow around them even if its just for one area. If you don't like how someone interprets it just ignore and move on, its not that hard to do lmao

I'm trying really hard not to get snippy over this but...plainly put, I've seen a lot of examples that contradict what you're saying about how it usually is/is supposed to be.
On the other hand, to put a more constructive spin on things, just having the glow over specific points that'd be most critical to restraint would convey the idea better.
