Yeah it's fine. "Comic" does not apply here, as obviously, this isn't a comic (that being multiple panels for its layout and such). As for tagging characters, you usually want to apply "femsub", "femdom", "malesub", or "maledom", as those tend to be the most frequent tags. You'll find exceptions to this like "androgynous", "futasub"/"futadom", etc. But just some stuff to keep in mind as to help users search up images via the tags.

Not really a rule.
>You can say that you have open commission spots in the comments of your own pics (as the artist), and ask people to email you or send a direct message via HypnoHub.
>Open a forum thread offering prices, examples and such.
>Create a commission sheet and post it here.
