If tracing isn't allowed then every Jimryu picture should be deleted
Traced Content
Images that are traced from another image are not allowed unless the tracing artist has permission to trace the image or sources the traced image. Any image revealed to be traced without permission or original image source will be deleted.
If an artist, commissioner, or anyone else related to the original source image of the trace requests the image that resulted from the trace be taken down, then the image will be deleted as requested.
Just because every Jimryu pic is considered tracing and is still up does not mean that the rule is therefore useless. Obviously there are many gray areas that come with what is versus isn't tracing, but unlike sites like DeviantArt, the Hub is at least trying to make sure that this isn't an issue for outside creators.
Whoever reported this, it wasn't traced. Look closer. I can send the scan of my original drawing if you want. Does anyone know how to appeal a deletion?
That was me, and I flagged it for review. Yes, the image can be restored, and you can DM another mod to appeal the deletion.
