No idea, I don't do them. My guess is add an eye effect then slap some text on it and you're good to go.

First off, this is not the best place to be asking this question (that being the comments of a random manip). You're better off asking in the forums for help.

Second, neither Violet nor I manip. If you want to ask some ACTUAL MANIPPERS, rather than just asking anyone and everyone, again, ask for them to give you advice in the forums.

Lastly, I don't like manips for a multitude of reasons, so I'm one of the last people you'd want to ask this question to.
