Based on the source you linked it's telling me it's 블랙토끼킁, though I can't fully confirm. If anyone else can find the proper source to replace this one, I'd appreciate it.

So, why is a lot of stuff being flagged for having text now? It's supposed to give context
People are jumping the gun regarding some new QCC guidelines (which are being debated in the forums right now). "Text block" is someone's lazy way of saying "I don't think this conforms to some part of the new guidelines" without explaining which guideline is being broken.
