A former student in training to be a hero, Titanic THOT had received remarkably negative ongoing comments from her hero mentor during her first and only internship. Particularly harsh criticisms were her lack of urgency and efficiency in using her enormous power to aid civilians. This followed suggestions from her school assessors that she was only looking to become a hero for an easy ride in life, and that in private conversations, expressed disdain and sometimes outright hatred for heroes putting others before themselves.
It was also noted that she seemed not to care about of for innocents in general, which led to the major criticism of TT; her destructive carelessness.

Titanic THOT found herself permanently banned from pursuing a role in hero society or law enforcement after - in a nationwide scandal - she kicked over a 1400 year old Buddhist temple and national treasure. Her school was charged and her mentor stripped of his title. He was arrested after TT falsely claimed that he had had sex with her (his refusal to exchange sex for a good score had angered her). When it was discovered that TT was both drunk and high during the demolition of the temple, the still teenage would-be hero was excused of charges.
Nonetheless, it was made crystal clear to her that unless she changed her lifestyle and attitude, she would never be permitted to use her gigantification quirk again.

Titanic THOT has settled into a vacuous life of drinking, partying, petty criminality, and crashing wherever the night takes her.

Bitter that she can't use her quirk without bringing the hammer of the heroes down on herself, she still wears her prototype hero mask and horns and boasts of being an undercover hero to those stupid enough to believe her. Momo Yaoyoruzu and Itsuka Kendo, who encountered her on various occasions while breaking curfew and partying, are big fans of hers.

When the majority of listeners call TT out on her fabrication, she lies that she never wanted to enjoy the hero lifestyle anyway. Although hypocritical in most things, she is consistent in one: she hates all heroes, and tacitly supports groups like the League of Villains that oppose them.

I can't help but wonder what happens when people start to realize that there are no photos or videos of any of the corrupted victims and all records show them being the exact opposite until a certain date. Seems like a good story premise if no one's memories match the existing evidence.
