How do you edit these amazing manips?
GIMP. Resize the image to 4X the original res to do the spiral eyes, then back to the original size to eliminate pixelation. Spiral eyes are a combination of a screen layer and then an add layer for a subtle glow effect.

GIMP is amazing and I don't understand why people don't appreciate it as much.
I use it because I'm poor, but honestly, after so long, I might have a hard time adjusting to PS >.>

I have Photoshop, but only really use it for animated GIF exporting because its dithering algorithms are way better than what GIMP offers. But for most people's needs, GIMP is perfectly fine.
