Anyone know a way to reduce the fuzziness of gifs (mainly the eye glow) without making their file size astronomical? The mp4 is completely fine but gifs always get this issue.

Keeping the glow more focused on the eyes and having less glow actually beyond the eyes might help actually.. but it would kinda suck to have to compromise on the glow like that.
