I mean I explained what literally happened, but if you want a 'why' I couldn't tell you. There is, at the least, a precedent for this in Japan with the concept of shirikodama, the idea of a mythical ball that contains the soul housed in the butt which Kappa would steal to become more powerful.

It is worth noting that apparently in most cases of this fetish while it does come out of the butt, the soul/will of the person is not usually considered poop, but is usually some kind of colored goo or a sex toy. In this case Uns went with literal gold that is then shaped into the kind of onahole/toy design.

I'll restate, the concept itself is not super attractive to me, but the slave-Tea design is really nice, and the concept of a character being separated from their body that is enslaved is something I've thought of and been into in the past.

I'd love to see this concept revisited in a way that doesn't fucking make you think of scat. Because the concept of removing one's personality, turning it into a physical mass that can then me made into a sex toy and fucked is SUPER FUCKING SEXY. Just not when you have to shit it out...
