It's from the Keroro Gunsou manga (the anime is called "Sgt. Frog" in English, but I don't know if the manga was ever translated). That's all I know.

Fuuuuck I know this one I know which volume it's from too I can't find my copies though but gimmie until sometime tomorrow I can find it I'm like 99% sure though this is somewhere in volume...13 or 15

14, so close. Chapter 110 (or CX as chapter numbers were usually in roman numerals) "We Hate, Hate, Hate him!" has a nice little battle scene.

Looking though all those books made me remember how fun these were to read and how much i probably missed being so young and unknowing about subjects so I should go back and read these books again.

Also, I edited the tags while I was at it. I've never submitted anything before nor edited tags so if I got something wrong forgive me (However, the one on the far left IS a dude, so I added the malesub tag for accuracy. Though I don't know if it's even been answered, I didn't know if I should tag mangas with hair colors...anywho if I messed up my tagging my apologies.)

One last note, I found an online scan of the source page, but I don't know if that counts as a source so I'll leave that blank but keep the page bookmarked if I should link it i'm not 100% clear on what the rules are... (also wasn't sure if alien "gendered" male counts as maledom...and for clarity's sake it's the badges on their outfits controling them so i added Tech control)

That was a good one too. I can't remember much of the manga so I forget the amount of MC content exactly but it had to be way up there on reasons I got into it. I should re-read these later and post any more I find.
