I mean... wouldn't the Reality Stone turn her first into an actual baby, and it'd be the Mind Stone's territory to make her mind into that of a baby? Or the Soul Gem if we're going by the comics, since the Mind Gem was mostly used for the sake of knowledge and reading minds?

Natasha was very well like that, now she will not be suffering anymore with her past, because now she has a better life as an adult baby, great reality for her.
