I never understood this kind of bimbofication. Like, congrats, you made a terrible Bratz doll out of Rose Quartz? Isn't for me. I'd love to understand why others like it though, because understanding perspectives like that is always fascinating.

Commissioner here. Sorry you don't appreciate it, yeah, its a matter of personal taste, but I can (kinda) explain why she has such a garrish look.
You see, in the story for this and the other Lorelei pics, she gets a Magic Crown from the witch Venomya to get revenge on the Winx Club.
The crown has the power to copy fairy magic power and give it to its wearer, turning them into a fairy permanently, but the kind of magic they gain and the look they take on is based on their mind and ideas.
Therefore, since Lorelei is kind of a bimbo she's turned into a bimbo fairy, and her look is based on her vapid thoughs (her hairstyle is a fusion of all her hairstyles, because she couldn't decide which one), the visual stereotypes of fairies (frilly dresses, sparkles, ribbons, tutus ecc.) and her kinks.
