Ahh.... hmmmm...
I'm assuming that she's the one that the hypno is applicable to - yet she has the highlights in her eyes, albeit small. I just don't see the hypno, personally.

Love the art style though =D //saves

The flower makes people fall in love with Rito. Or so I've read. So, that's where the hypno is.

It's the flower. It's one of "Celine's flowers". Celine is this little plant baby thing who has an odd fondness for the main character. She also gets drunk off of...soda, was it? Or maybe juice? I don't remember, exactly. Anyway, whenever she's drunk, she has a habit of releasing a puff of spores. Anyone touched by those spores suddenly finds a flower growing on their head. This flower, due to Celine's fondness for Rito, causes the afflicted to, quite plainly, fall head over heels for him. The effect is removed when the flower falls off.

This is one of few cases where the symbolism of the MC is not in the eyes at all. :P

it's a mange called To Love Ru (I think this is based on the darkness story arc)
