It's a submission thing where you heal in video games and be submissive/sexual about it usually to one person you are healing. There's a reddit sub for it.

Healslut is generally a term for subs. I believe the widely accepted term for those subbing to their healer is a tankbrat? Dunno if there's a good lingo for DPS.

Always found that kinda weird to be honest. A good healer is generally the god who decides who lives or dies. Though I admit I get the appeal.

To paraphrase this one post I found ages ago, "I never understood why healers are considered bottoms. Healing was always topping to me, or at least power bottoming. You decide who lives and dies. Tanks, now, that's bottoming. You take all the damage for everyone, dish it for them, and rely on heals the most."
