Download is at the ux.getuploader link at the source next to ＜PC用配布URL＞ Below the details on that page is a button that says ダウンロード, click that, then click Download Now on the next page that comes up to get it. This gif shows everything there is to see though.

Ac5ualy the gif shows that the person playing is cheating when i loaded game there is no coin

I don't think so. It works on Windows 10, and unfortunately there's no more content in it except what's in the gif.
