From Kirakira Precure A la Mode Episode 17.
In this episode after Yukari discovers that Rio is Julio, he decides to rush his plans and steals Ichika's Kirakiral.
Withouth the Kirakiral Ichika doesn't have emotions and all her memories of hapiness or related to sweets were erased even the memories of her mother.
Until this point of the series when the villains stole the kirakiral of people they only fall unconscious this was the first time that we saw what happens when all the Kirakiral is stolen.
