From Kirakira Precure A la Mode episode 18.
In this Episode, after Rio's defeat now is turn of Bibli to shine (In the wikia her name is romanized as Bibury but the official subs named in crunchyroll named her Bibli) .
She uses the powers of her doll named Ill(In the wikia is romanized as Iru but Ill is the name in the official subs), to hypnotizes everyone in the city and makes them believe that the cures are evil and bad things happened to people who visit their store.
