Quick and dirty translation, but the best I can do with my limited Japanese skills, especially given that there's no kanji and I don't know anything about Pokémon. Someone else will have to copy-edit.

I'm just guessing, but would the references to huge balls and golden balls be the Huge Nugget pun from the parent image?

Edit: Penway's quote on that pic's comments would seem to confirm it.

This is likely a reference to the Pokeball Factory. When you save it from Flare the president offers you either a Huge Nugget or the Master Ball. No matter which you choose he gives you both. That context may help with the translation.

I did a little touch-up of the translation. And since translator's notes work now, I added in a short explanation of the joke.
