Uhhh....Juri's Feng Shui Engine was a replacement for her lost eye.

Chun-Li now has two glowing eyes.

So what you're saying is somehow she got her eyes ripped out and replaced like Psylocke. Ugh.

Uh No. The description says, Juri uses glowing eye to hypnotize. Nothing about eye ripping or anything like that.
