Well, every other pic by this artist has been translated so far. So, I just assumed this one would be too, eventually (and it'll probably be better than what Google will come up with).

Beats me. The names are usually changed in the English version, and I don't keep track of NPC trainer names, anyway (does anyone remember what the name of the Furisode Girl who looked like this in Laverre Gym was?)

It looks like her name is "Kirika" in Japanese (I believe this is "Kali" in English). So, I have no idea what that is.

クノエジム is the Japanese name for the Laverre Gym, it seems. (Kunoe Gym).
