Did you know that Daphne's "mother" was Aurora?

Her original character designer, Iwao Takamoto, worked on Golden Age Disney movies as an assistant to legendary animator Milt Kahl. The influence in style from Aurora to Daphne is hereditary!

Yesssssssssssssss. This was one of the possibilities I had in my mind for this month (I'm having fun trying to predict future images in this set). The costume tent background from the infamous Bedlam in the Bigtop scene is a great touch.

Daphne was put under a sleeping spell in The 13 Ghosts of Scooby-Doo, and she was awakened by a kiss from Scooby. (The joke was that the curse could only be lifted by a kiss from a Danish prince, and Scooby is a Great Dane.)
