She's Misato Minori's mother, her role is little to none in this VN sadly. Basically her daughter tried to lead the MC by his nose, expecting her to be the next heir's consort (our main char was to inherit a tradition dancing artist family) while trying to lessen his power upon her by making him falling for true love (i believe). When she was hypnotized to ignore his presence, she accidentally spilled her plots out when she was talking to her friend over phone, which then push all of his buttons, making him goes all out humiliating her and hypnotize all of her female acquaintances including her mom and colleagues. The mom scene was hot I gotta say, Minori herself was made to introduce him to her in a total obedient slave-girl friend state.
